The original iPad was an iPhone gone IMAX and the first successful tablet the world had ever seen. The iPad 2 made it thinner, lighter, and faster. The iPad 3 went Retina and LTE but not comfortably so. The iPad 4 made Retina and LTE sing and it is this iPad that most people wonder how it looks like. So in this post we have covered some of the pictures and data on What does the iPad 4 Look Like?
iPad 4 or iPad 4th Gen was released to the public back in 2012, and this meant a New iPad with all-digital Lightning connector, bumped up FaceTime camera of 1.3 megapixels and 720p video, and an upgraded cellular chipset to support international LTE 4G networking. While the New iPad 4 got many updates under the hood, it did not change in terms of looks from the previous iPad, which for some is disappointing. The only difference however is the all-lightning connector which replaces the venerable 30-pin dock. But it is the inside where the story actually changes:
Sporting a A6x home-spun processor, 1.3 megapixel camera and international friendly LTE radio, iPad 4 is a treat for performance hungry customers.
In terms of design, there is not really much to talk about since the new iPad 4 almost looks similar to iPad 3 which in-turn looks similar to iPad 2. But this type of thinking by Apple has infact differentiated the iPad 4 from newer devices that have an anodized aluminum finish like that in iPhone 5, iPod touch 5, and iPad mini.
The other difference in terms of looks is immediately apparent when you look at iPad 4 from the side and back.
So that is just about it about how the Apple iPad 4 looks like. If you have anything to add to this story, feel free to mention in the comments section.
